I used to bare hand that kind of snot always, but the again the gloves available in the 1990's were trash, they'd break before you touched anything and the ones now days are not much better. the ones that kind of hold up, still rip apart trying to do any work beyond "picking your nose". some tear trying to put them on! I am not a huge fella with massive hands, the gloves labeled XL are often tight or don't fit. forget the "deli/store" gloves where large is tiny? made for small women/people? I don't like to judge, but at least tell the truth and make them useable for al of us?

WTF.... you vanished(kind of) and they got a bottle cap down the drain, not sure it would fit past the pop-up. so they already had it pulled( probably ralphing in the sink) LOL 🤪 pulled stopper to let the chunks go down and whilst talking ralph bottle caps went down. because never-mind the near endless water source in front of their face ( sink faucet) LOL

With the leaky coils do you prefer repairing the leaks, or replacing the evaporator coils

I work as Clerk for the USPS, on april 2024 I took the USPS 955 Maintenance Mechanic test for third attempt and Finally passed. I had my interview today, and everything went great. However, I received an email with the results, stating that I am ineligible for the MPE and Maintenance Mechanic 7 positions The managers were great, and I believe I answered everything correctly, but unfortunately, the email indicated that I am not eligible for any of those positions. I feel really bad about the outcome. 😔

Hi i have a question. I live in the rio grande valley in south texas and it gets pretty hot here. I just recently have my a.c. replaced and they installed it this morning but its still showing 86 when i have it set for 76. They said it will take several hours to completely cool, but i wanted to ask your opinion? Should i wait a day to let it cool and see if thats it? It's still at 86 and it's been 8 hours.

Great vid, but quick question. I tested the wires and when I added up the two, it was about 2 ohms off from the fan/common number. (38, 52, and 88). Condenser is running, fan is still not spinning, and I've already replaced the capacitor. Would those 2 ohms off be a reason the fan isn't running? If not, what else can I check? Thanks!

Thanks for the video Lex! After 4 years, I have the EXACT same problem. I tested the capacitor, jumped 120v to the motor, and thought it was the control board for sure! New control board, and it would only run the blower for 2 minutes before the blower relay would switch off. Lesson learned. I'm just a DIYer. May try to run a Common, may buy a new Nest. The downstairs Nest has been good for over 6 years 🙄

My Goodman AC unit (7 years old) stopped blowing cold air yesterday during this heat wave in PA. I found this video earlier this Sunday morning. Found a capacitor at an Ace's Hardware store 30 mins away from me. Installed it and now my house is back to that sweet chill. Glorious. Thanks for sharing your knowledge!
